Keyholding & Alarm Response Services.
The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) has introduced a police response policy to alarms. The policy places the responsibility on you to ensure the alarm activation is genuine and that a police presence is necessary at the premises.
Our security response service provides a fast, effective response to any security emergency or alarm activation by sending trained security officers to investigate and take the appropriate action.
With our security response service available to attend to your premises, you will reduce the burden on your staff responding to alarms and, more importantly, ensure the police's continuing response provision.
We provide fully insured, keyholding services for commercial customers. If we are required to attend a location, our keyholding service can be supported by our incident response security team, removing the need and risk of having your staff attend.
Our keyholder support service can meet a dedicated member of your staff at an agreed location in an alarm activation event. The security officer will check the premises and carry out any further action as required.
